What we do:
With undergraduate majors in informatics, computer science, and intelligent systems engineering, and graduate degrees in computer science, data science, human-computer interaction design, library science, information science, informatics, intelligent systems engineering, secure computing, and bioinformatics, the School of Informatics and Computing has talented students with a range of skills to fill almost any hiring need.
There are countless ways to get involved at SoIC, including posting an opportunity in SoIC Careers, hosting an information session, lobby table, hackathon, tech talk, site visit, or on-campus interview schedule. Employers can also attend SoIC career fairs, employer panels, resume review sessions, or mock interview days. We are happy to host employers on the beautiful Bloomington campus or schedule an event electronically. SoIC Career Services looks forward to you meeting our talented students! Who we serve:
Career Services at the School of Informatics and Computing serves undergraduate students, master’s students, Ph.D. students, and alumni within our school, as well as any undergraduate student interested in learning more about opportunities within SoIC.
